1. Return Eligibility

* Used or assembled items
* Custom-made furniture
* Change-of-mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer

3. Return Conditions
* Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.

* We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refunds
* Approved refunds will be processed within **7–10 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned item.
* Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
* Orders can be cancelled within **24 hours** of placement.
* Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has started.
